About this plan

Sonoma is our contemporary single-story. Flat roof, deep overhangs, a dedicated home office off the entry with its own half-bath and closet so it works as a 4th bedroom later. Kitchen opens to a covered courtyard with sliding glass, and the primary suite gets the quiet corner with its own private patio.
