About this plan

Ridgeview is drawn for sloped lots where the view is the reason. The split arrangement puts the garage on the low side, the bedrooms on the middle, and the kitchen-living-dining up high with the deck cantilevered toward the view. The roof pitches shallow so nothing competes with the ridge line outside the glass.
