How Heliox works
Heliox started in 2016 after years on other builders' projects — watching the shortcuts, the miscommunication, the lumped-together invoices that made the homeowner feel like the last person to know what was happening on their own house.
Heliox was built to be the opposite of that.
Long-tenured subs, known by name. Plans our architect and framer both know by heart. Cost-plus-fixed-fee invoicing so you see exactly what the lumber cost and exactly what we charged on top. Weekly photos. Same phone number since day one.
It's not fancy. It's just the way we'd want our own house built.
