About this plan

Arabica was drawn for skinny Seattle lots — the kind where the detached garage lives off the alley and the front porch is half the first-impression. Inside, a straight-shot entry leads to an open main floor with a rear covered deck. The stair pulls light from a clerestory above the landing. Three bedrooms up, including a main suite with a walk-in and a shared-wall laundry.
