About this plan

Clearwater is our most-built plan for families who want breathing room on a full-sized lot. Wide covered porch sweeps the front and returns down one side, so you can sit out in any weather. A drop-zone mudroom off the garage handles boots and backpacks before anyone reaches the kitchen. Bonus loft above the garage converts to a fifth bedroom cleanly.

Porch: Wrap with 6×6 cedar posts and board-and-batten columns.
Kitchen: Walk-in pantry with second oven location, 12' island option.
Mudroom: Built-in bench with lockers and a dog-wash station option.
Primary: Main-floor suite option for multi-gen households.
Roof: Standing seam metal over 8:12 gable — good for snow load.
